TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The rates are in Euro including VAT, taxes and these services:  satellite TV, wireless Internet access, weekly bed linen and towels change,  parking in the property, swimming pool.

The bookings are for weekly stay (from saturday to saturday).
- Check in: from 16:00 until 19:00; Check out: before 10:00.
The "caution money" will be returned on leaving.

Full and half board are not available
Services with extra charges:
- Air conditioning/heating; final cleaning; midweek linen change; Pets (small size).

CANCELLATION AND PENALTY
  
The partial payment of 25% of the amount sent as booking confirmation can't be refunded in case of cancellation. The rescission and cancellation of  bookings clauses are regulated by the directive 90/ 314/ CE reported here below:

  - From 20th to 11th day before the arrival date:
10
 % of the amount;
  - From 10th al 4th day before the arrival date:
50
 % of the amount;
  - Within 3 days before the arrival or leaving before the departure date:
100
 % of the amount.
